Payment options
PAYMENT VIA PREPAYMENT AND BANK TRANSFER
The classic way to pay for your favorite pieces with us is to pay in advance via bank transfer. This means: You order as normal via our store, go through the shopping cart, click on the "bank transfer" field as "payment method" and receive an e-mail from us with all the important bank details.
As soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account and the goods are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Depending on the size, by a forwarding agent or parcel service.
Please note: The delivery time can be up to 15 working days if an item is not in stock at short notice. However, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
The quickest way to get your favorite cushions is to pay via PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you are probably familiar with this: you order as normal via our store, go through the shopping cart, click on "PayPal" as the "Payment method" field and receive an e-mail from us with the order and payment confirmation as soon as you have completed the entire payment process on PayPal.
If the goods are in stock, they will be sent to you immediately by a forwarding agent or parcel service.
If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 15 working days (especially in the high season). However, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
PAYMENT VIA VISA OR MASTERCARD (A PAYPAL SERVICE)
A relatively new alternative is to pay for your purchases from us by direct debit or credit card via PayPal. You do not need your own PayPal account for this!
You order as normal via our store, go through the shopping cart and click on the desired payment method. You will then be redirected to a PayPal page and select the payment option "Direct debit" or "Credit card without PayPal account".
After completing the payment process via PayPal, you will receive an e-mail from us with the order and payment confirmation.
The items you order will be sent to you immediately by parcel service (or by freight forwarder for larger orders) - if they are in stock.
If the cushions are not in stock, especially in the outdoor months in spring or fall, the delivery time can be up to 15 working days. However, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
